Terminal workspace for running several coding agents at once, tracking each one's task, branch, and whether it's waiting on me.
Challenge
Running several coding agents at once is easy to start and hard to keep track of: which terminal holds which task, which branch it's on, and which one is waiting on me.
Solution
Kept the agent untouched: tmux runs Claude Code in its own terminal, and kel only does the bookkeeping
Used Claude Code's hooks and status line to report each agent's state, context use and cost, with no polling or background process
Built a status-bar fleet view, a dashboard and a searchable board, plus one key that jumps to whichever agent is waiting on me
Shows what each branch still needs (commit, push, PR) from plain git
Bash script with a faster Go path; CI runs the test suite on Linux and macOS on every push
Result
Still in progress at v0.9. The status bar, the jump key, the dashboard and the board all work.
